Welcome to SmartPBX! We've made logging in simpler than ever. Follow the steps below to access your account through our unified login portal.


Step 1: Access the Login Page

All users now log in through a single, centralized URL:

https://portal.smartpbx.io

Bookmark this link for future use.

Alert Always use portal.smartpbx.io to ensure access to real-time system data. Older regional portals (e.g., portal-east1.pbx.smartpbx.io) are no longer recommended.

Step 2: Setting Up or Logging In

New Users

You will receive a welcome email with instructions to set your password. Check your spam/junk folder if you don’t see it.

Existing Users

Log in using your email address and password.

If you’re unable to log in:

  • Click “Forgot your password?” on the login page
  • Enter your email address
  • Follow the instructions in your inbox to reset your password

Step 3: After Logging In

Once logged in, you'll be taken to your SmartPBX dashboard where you can:

  • Manage extensions, users, and devices
  • Monitor active calls
  • Access voicemail and call routing tools

  4. Create a new password and follow any listed requirements

2. Two-Factor Authentication Issues

  • Ensure your authenticator app is synced and you enter the code promptly

3. Account Locked?

  • Try clearing your browser cache

5. Network Problems
